It must have been the hottest day of the year so far, luckily Mrs Atkinson thought to take lots of bottles of water to keep the girls cool, we also had a large brolly to sit under when we weren’t playing too. Our team: Jola, Alex, Holly, Fran, Isabel, Lexi, Aimee, Francesca and Alicia. the girls played really well, scoring some great goals. The goal of the tournament has to be awarded to Alex with a blistering goal scoring it from the half way line. What a Goal! well done to all girls for their outstanding performance in the scorching temperatures coming a modest third place out of seven schools.
